Well my car is finally done. It made 636rwhp/637rwtq @ 20 PSI on a cool 100 degree day.

Amazingly, my engine setup is TOO efficient for the KB 2.6H so it actually falls flat (making only 20 PSI instead of 26) around 5.8K rpm! But compared to my previous setup (428rwhp/433rwtq)...well, there is NO comparison. The car is downright NASTY! First gear is spinfest. Second and third spins, but the car still pulls HARD! A KB 2.8H or some spray would be the ticket to 700rwhp, but I'm going to get used to and enjoy my current setup for now. :)

Nice #s. I assume that is the race tune? What size of crank & SC pullies are you running? I thought these 2.6H blowers would hit 700rwhp on race gas since the old 2.2 was capable of 600.

It's on race. I thought the blower could as well but didn't. The hp goes up like it'll top 700 easily but drops off right before 6K rpm, just like the little KB 1.7L had a habit of doing. My car was making 20 PSI with the 26 PSI pulley. With 18 PSI it made only 5hp less than w/20 lbs. It was simply too much engine for this blower.

Very interesting. I wonder what KB has to say about this? I am not complaining about the power it makes but I didn't want to have to swap to another P/A to make 700 rwhp either.
