The 2007 Official College Football Thread

So I have never been to a football game in a hurricane. Wonder what it will be like?

I think some of the SEC guys are over-rating their conference. LSU and Florida are awesome but the rest of the conference is not better than the top teams in any of the other major conferences.

But if memory serves USC didnt have much of a problem with Arkansas who was in the SEC title game last year, oh yeah they thumped them AT Arkansas.

The sad thing is that Oklahoma will probably go undefeated since their schedule is a joke and will play a 1 loss SEC team or if USC goes undefeated USC. It would be nearly impossible for LSU or Florida to go undefeated since they play each other twice.

yeah, take arky, take out 2 of their best players, and, of course, they're going to lose. if usc had played them in the state they were in when they played in the championship game, it would have been a very different game....

usce is a pretty good challenger from the sec, (lsu and florida of course) and so is kentucky, they're surprisingly good. and we'll see how well bama fares later on in this year

if oklahoma goes undefeated with an easy schedule, i dont think they'd be in it ahead of a 1 loss lsu or florida..... but yeah, lsu and uf have it the worst

well, UF isnt up to par quite yet, but not bad....

but god i love seeing plays like that last one, tebow gets hit bout 5 yards from the endzone, and just carries 3 guys on him till he gets the touchdown, how friggin awesome!

i never am one to blame a game on refs.... but the officiating in our game is just flat out awful.... i mean, we have TWO seconds to go, so tebow spikes it the instant the whistle is blown... and they say it wasnt fast enough. even the announcers are like "that was a weird ending...." what bs...

oh well, go gators!

whew, thank god we finished ahead of the refs. i mean, come on, so so so so so so so so many calls against uf (not all were warranted even) and almost NONE against the holding mofo's of ole miss..... like i said, i'm not one to blame a game on refs, but the refs did a good job hurting our ratings today.... it happens..... but we won!!!

GO GATORS!

Ole Miss gives everyone trouble...usually.

LSU look good in the first half but I poured down at half and wet the field pretty good. Kind of slowed us down a bit...

BUT...World's largest wet T-shirt party!!!! I even saw some pink trimmed in black panties today. :D

kentucky is still looking like a toughie. LSU is too (duh). USCe played lsu real well. florida will now have it's head on a bit more straight for road games, at least i hope so.

that lsu trick play was the coolest play ever...

any sec road game is tough, and everyone has issues playing in miss for some reason.... first time we've won there since 1994. and with this being the first road game for our team, it was a good eye opener. i'm satisfied with the win, especially since we were missing about 5 key players during the game
