I posted it after bstrd86's pics, but it ended up after ttop's post. I was asking about bstrd86's car. Thanks.
then a girl named anna bought it.
oh well thats nice, thanks for telling us man
If you dont mind me asking how much did that paint job set you back ? From the pictures it looks pretty much flawless .
BTW why did you paint it in the first place? The original paint seemed to be in good condition.

90 coupe who makes those 5 stars on your notch ....I dig
^ that is sick,,,,, awesome job mang! she sounds sooooo nice... Did you have her tuned??
:
Yeah it takes time and money. Im officially broke now lol. It was worth it though, because like you said, the extra horsepower. Also its amazing how well these motors repsond to just h/c/i rather than going the blower routeAwesome work there. I would love to be able to toss a lot of money/mods at the car all at once. Must really feel good to have an extra 125hp on tap all of a sudden.
modding your car a couple parts at a time makes it seem like the car never gets any faster... well done though
Couldnt resist the rev under that little bridge huh? I cant either.
Thanks man. No tune yet. After all the work I kinda just put her back in the garage and got lazy with it.

how much money you have wrapped up in just the engine?
Its hard to say but I think the h/c/i kit was like 2200 and I put all new crap on to dress the engine. Prolly like around 3k. I reused the short block because of the low miles (65k) and appeared to be in really good shape. I did however wire wheel the whole thing and coated the hell out of it with engine paint
do the whole thing your self?
