The Official kiddiccarus 2007 NFL Thread

Richard Seymor just came back this week, Harrison has been back for a few weeks (suspension) Laurence Maroney missed 3 weeks in a row and only played part of the game last week, Ben Watson has missed the past 2 weeks.

New England has had its fair share of injury this season. Other then Harrison being in and out what other big name players have they been missing? Im asking b/c I dont know myself.

Joseph Addai was out 2 weeks and still isnt getting his normal carries. Two of the Indy linebackers have been out and I think are still out in Rob Morris and Freddy Kiaho or however the hell you spell it. The Colts are already pretty thin at LB. Bob Sanders has missed a game or two.

Change of subject, What if the Colts and NE don't meet up in the playoffs??? So yeah its important but anything can happen between now and then.

its still for a viable home field advantage position. Out of the top AFC teams they are yet to lose to another AFC team (or any game at all) The steelers have 1 AFC loss and loss to an NFC team so that automatically puts them out of home field in the playoffs unless either the colts or patriots both lose to another AFC team or more losses then the steelers have. Any AFC game is important when looking at any advantage in the post season.

In a perfect world the Colts will win Sunday and get the #1 slot. Then the Chargers or Steelers will beat NE in the 2nd round of the playoffs after the NE bye week.

I know everyone wants to see Indy and NE play again in the playoffs but I would be just as happy winning another title not beating them twice in the same season..............again.

:jaw: :jaw: :jaw: :jaw: :jaw: :jaw: Joo Should be SHOT Joo is no true fan!!!!!

A NE fan that is not willing to admit they can see where this is leading is not true to NE. Yes there is a lot of season left but lets get real here NE and Indy are not looking at losing seasons, both are going to the play offs and bots are looking at this as game 1 of 2.

Joooo betta get right quick bubba or start looking for the door now.

I am confused??? I am not a true fan because I want to take this one week at a time I think it's a little early to be talking about the divisional or afc championship now.

I am taking the same approach that the team takes. One game at a time I am not going to assume who is going to be in what playoff slot when there is half a season to go.

Beat them once this season before you worry about beating them twice. What happend in 03,04,05,06,07 and 1908 does not matter now.

If the pats win ( I am 99.999 percent sure they will) I am not going to get a chubby over this.. It's only the regular season, ask the 04 steelers how much a regular season victory over the pats helped them.

Few days before the "big game" but I'll give my reasons for why the Patriots will be 9-0 at the end of the game.

The Indy team is viturally the same team they played last season, not to much has really changed upon that aspect.

Harrison was not playing during last years AFC Championship, Seau was out with his broken arm. Welker, Stallworth, Moss, Thomas, where not part of the team. The Colts did not have to deal with Thomas for last seasons games or the AFC Championship. The colts defense did not have to concern itself with Wes Welker, Dante Stallworth or Randy Moss. Have the colts ever had to cover Randy Moss at any point in time? I just think its to much additional talent for the colts to be able to over come. The Patriots have proven they can hang with what the colts have with losing by 4 points in last years AFC game after being up 21-6 at the half, but this is far from last years Patriots team on all aspects.

Ben Watson was also active for practice, he looks good to go on Sunday. Watson, Moss, Welker, Stallworth you cant cover them all at once and all of them in their own rights would draw double coverage, problem is you cant double cover all of them. Pick your poison.

Patriots walk away 9-0 with a 41-17 victory.

I agree with you is is a MUCH MUCH MUCH better patriots team then 05 and 06 teams the colts beat before. I think the results on sunday will show that.
