ugly ugly ugly but they did what they had to do the most and that was win.
Serves as a good gut check game that they cannot take any team lightly b/c everyone is gunning for them. Then again they have to expect that with being all alone at the top

I am going to make one quick post on this because I have a friend here... The pats got ****ED out of a TD that could have cost the pats this game.. Once again a AWFUL PI call..
But the eagles played a good game but in the end the aggresiveness that kept them in it or ahead cost them the game.

I think they knocked some cockiness out of those bastards.
I doubt it, they played like crap and still pulled it out. If anything it will make them play harder and will absolutely go 16-0 now.
The only shot someone had was a game like yesterday that the Philly QB coughed up. They had a great shot and probably should have won since the NE D was not stopping them. What an awful pass that was, no one for Philly was in the remote area.
It was no big secret that a team at .500 or below was going to come along and give them a run for their money. They absolutely needed a game like this to put everything into perspective b/c they had been walking over teams for way to long. They were fortunate enough to come together as a team and come away with the win. I want nothing more then to shut up those 72 dolphins, and of course win the super bowl

Just some background. A guy at work is a Steeler fan and we have had this running bet for 6 years...now 7. So I just decided to keep it going knowing I'll have to pay out tomorrow...maybe.
