magnaflow catback?!

hey guys, my current setup is a bassani off-road x and a mac catback....

at first i didn't like it, then i kinda did...but now i'm starting to realize it doesn't sound good and i'm getting annoyed with it...it is raspy and rattles to hell!

anyways, i'm wanting to get a magnaflow catback...i'm hoping that will make it sound alot better, i want to go with a straight through muffler.

but i want to keep the mufflers polished! any places where i can get a good deal on magnaflows?

any other straight through muffler i don't know about??

p.s i'll have a new mac axleback for sale!

i would strongly advise not to use it with a off-road x...

maybe with a off-road h it would sound better.

If you are looking to get rid of the raspy tone, from what I've read, the only way to do it is to go with an H-pipe and get rid of the X.

As far as the mufflers... You could always go with some of the muffler delete type kits if you are looking for loud, like the SLP Loudmouths. Although I have also read that with O/R midpipes, many people don't like the muffler deletes.

I've got Magnaflow on my car and diesel truck. They have a great product and it actually fits. Mufflers are fully polished, not just the tips.

With an H and Magnaflows it should sound really good. I have Magnaflows on from Roush, put on a X and hated it. So I'm back to the stock H for now.
