Giants Win! Giants in Superbowl 42!

alright, alright, alright...lets get back on topic here...

game predictions for Giants vs. Cowboys this weekend?

Im iffy on Dallas covering the spread b/c of Romo and the whole Jessica fiasco. But here are my predictions for the week.

N.Y/Dallas- Dallas takes the win but covering the spread may not happen.

Seattle/GreenBay - Old man pulls it out again, take the win and the spread.

Jacksonville/New England- 13 1/2 points, Vegas wants their money back from New England taking their shirts the first half of the season. But alas they win and cover the spread this week.

San Diego/ Indianapolis - Cover the spread or not it wont matter, Indy's going down :notnice:

N.Y. Over Dallas - Not pretty but a win.

GreenBay Over Seattle - Farve is going for gold.

New England Over Jacksonville - Safe Bet of the week.

Indianapolis Over San Diego - We knew it would happen.

I dont like either so as long as someone lost thats all I care about.

Romo has Jessica Simpson, hes got enough. Cant have that hot piece of ass and a run for the Superbowl. Regardless all the other players who are no longer in the playoffs he'll be the only one sitting at home banging jessica simpson.

Romo should have kept Carrie Underwood, Jessica Simpson has a nice body but she is a butterface.

The New York Football Giants have done it again! At 19:48 EST the Giants defeated the heavily favored Dallas Cowboys 21-17 to move to the NFC Conference Championship game next week in Green Bay.

The winner of that contest will go on to play the Pats in the Superbowl on Feb 3rd!

What a great win against such a hated team. With the evil Owens and smirkin' Romo crying their eyes out, the Giants can be very proud of their accomplishments. Tom Coughlin's contract extension is now a sure thing.

This is now 2 years in a row that Tony Romo, the love child of ESPN has cost his team a crushing defeat in a key playoff game. The Cows can keep their Romo, I'd prefer a QB that can actually win some playoff games.

Congrats on beating dallas!!!!

Congrats to you and NE and their stellar performance as always :nice:

yeah its funny how he blew it both years. Guess that trip to Mexcio was not such a good idea. Looks like he could have used more pratice time.

Go Pack :nice:

Congradulations to Tony Romo and the 13 Cowboys that made the pro-bowl!

Great job guys!:nice:

Even if we loose to GB.. We made it farther then anyone (including myself) thought we would make it.. So if the season ends next week, i say its a complete success!!!!

Great game! Beat the Packers in OT 23-20!

Terrific game. The Pack is a good team. This game was the coldest ever played by the Giants in their history!

Very hard to win at Lambeau.

Giants set some sort of NFL record with 10 straight road wins in a row.

They played the best football of the season when it counted the most and it got them to the big game. This has by no means made me any more lenient about the giants, I still dont like them :D

Considering you have been a target of giants fans I am surprised to see you give them credit.

BTW congrats giants fans... See you in two weeks.

Its hard to not give a team credit that is going to the Superbowl. I just hope all the talk of an "easy schedule" that some say the patriots had or any of the other crap that was thrown around all season long comes to a halt now that many of them have seen exactly what it does take to make it to the Superbowl and how hard it is for any team to make it.

Easy schedule bla bla.. Its so hard to get to the superbowl i dont care what team it is or if its oozing talent from all corners. It needs to play as a unit and thats the toughest part. Congrats to the pats for making the game of football look easy. and for its remarkable season.

You know, i dont think this whole year anyone has even seen brady break a sweat!

I'm still stunned. How am I going to sleep tonight?

in a way I envy you guys b/c I remember how I felt back when the Patriots made it the first two times and you just cant explain the feeling. I dont unwish any of the recent success the Patriots have had over the past 6 years but it has also yielded a bit of a numbing feeling, perhaps it as just not all set in yet.

PS: actually I know what it is. The Patritos were never the under dog, they were never the little guy fighting to get to the top, all the years past they were never favored but now they were expected to do everything which they did. Not many gave the giants hope of winning the NFC championship, not in green bay, not in those conditions. No one gave them much of a chance in Dallas. I know where you guys are coming from. Its like the little train that could, that finally reaches the top of the hill

We were at the bar watching the game last night on the 10ft HD projection screen they just put in...and let me tell you...it was SICK...the place ERUPTED when Bradshaw ran for the 48 yd TD...then got called back on the BS holding call...

but it was all rectified when Tynes hit the game winner!!!

Let me ask you guys for your "un-biased" opinions...were there A LOT of calls in favor of the pack; or was it just me?

What about the off-sides at the end when Eli got sacked; and GB was about 5 ft over the line when the ball was hiked? Or the illegal contact called on Madison....
