I am trying to put a C4 into my 83, and it is being a total pain in the ass. I have the maximum motorsports tube K- member. My problem is that the tranny mount was too far forward so I moved the motor back to the second set of holes on the k-member for the motor to set in. and now the steering coupler hits the motor mount and the tranny mount is where it needs to be but over to one side WAY to much. All of the mounts are urathane. but the tranny mount came from my T-5. Does that make the diference? Anybody else have problem or can help me out? What is the deal here?
