What's preventing us from going with a GT500 clutch setup? The OEM GT500 clutch is supposed to be a dual-disc or some other design that can hold up to more torque. Tremec's website shows the 3650 as being rated just about as much as our engines make, so I'd probably consider a 6060 if you want to push out more ponies with the powerplant. The Viper, Vette, GT500, Challenger SRT-8, and Camaro LS3 (I think it is the LS3, whichever makes 420 hp out of the V8) all have the TR-6060.
