Been use copper plug from the day I bought the stang, so I never use platium before, now i take out the copper and put in platium, engine seem more quiet, and not strong like before any more. but the car ran smooth and my gas gauge is not going down fast :nice:. I think I loose couple HP from swith from copper to platium, but i think it worth it, save me gas and I dont have to change it until 50k miles :nice:. Yea im getting lazy work on car now.

Placebo effect

The injectors arent going to change the amount of fuel being injected into the cylinder depending on the type of metal the plugs are made of. Plat plugs burn a little bit "tamer" than coppers due to having less resistance to electricity. The copper plug throws a better spark and gets a better burn running more efficient and generating a miniscule amount more HP.

platnium plugs are good for longetivity. That's about it really. The 4.6 igntion was designed for them, so it can run them fine.
