Patriots played an awesome game today. Its damn sweet to see them light up the scored board once again.

wow bronco's got #hit stomped by the raiders :rlaugh:

How is that possible w/ Jay Cutler? I mean he is the best QB in the NFL w/ the most powerful and accurate arm. QB's like Matt Cassel who throw for 400+ yard games for 2 weeks in row dont even come close to the talent of Cutler.

:lol::lol:

GMENN!!! 10-1!!!!

No it is pretty difficult to go unbeaten, just ask Belicheat and Brady after the superbowl last year.

Im not talking about anything to do/ w/ the post season Im talking about an undefeated regular season. Just cant get off your hate wagon can you. Its ok b/c nothing you say really matters, you could disappear from this thread and no one would care. All you do is ride the coat tails of everyones posts and talk $hit, you hardly ever talk about the sport of football which is why we are all here. Its fine though, keep being that bottom feeder agorant poster, your ignorance is humorous

Hate to say it but they are the best looking team in the NFL right now. They had their one "bad game" VS Cleveland so they got that out of their system, I can only hope they have one more sometime in the middle of January :D

this is true. However the Giants still have one or 2 more losses in them i think. They will finish the season 14-2 or 13-3. I only hope the loss comes to like Washington, or carolina. I want them to pound Dallas into submission. :)

I think Arizona had the best chance of beating them. I think they are just a better team then Washington and Dallas is to full of themselves to make or be productive in the post season. As long as they lose in january that's all that matters to me.

Just as in how I wanted the titans to lose so that it did not take away from what the patriots did w/ an undefeated season I also dont want to the giants to win Superbowl's back to back b/c of the very few teams that have done so including the patriots. The point being the more something is done ( 16-0 or back to back rings) the less meaningful it becomes as its difficulty.

Here is the problem with last years run for the Pats.

People forget so quickly first off about historical events. We are such a "what have you done for me lately" nation since the age of free agents and salary caps take players away from our favorite teams so often now. You see guys that are fairweather fans jumping to the popular team of the day every week. I would be willing to bet that alot of new Titans fans will be new Jets fans tomorrow. People just don't care anymore about historical events. What people don't understand is that every sports game is a single moment in history and that is what makes every event unbelieveable.

Second, our beloved Pats lost the big one to a freakin Manning. It diminished the perfect season because they couldn't close the deal and the wildcard Gmen closed. So folks have let some of the luster of broken records dull quickly. The TD record, the rec TD record, flawless season record (tie), being the baddest team in history record ( i might have made that one up), and the record for getting caught cheating will fade quickly anymore. It sucks but, it is what it is.

We as Pats fans can cherish the accomplishments forever just like the Fins fans can do the same for a team in the 70's that played a very weak schedule to do the impossible. For everyone else that forgets so quickly, GO NEW TEAM!!

As long as I keep you entertained I am good. :nice:

You dont offer any real entertainment value, just a small window into the look of a you sad pathetic obsession w/ Belichick and the Patriots. If you somehow think it bothers me that you say any of that stuff then by all means keep saying it, only shows that ignorance has no limits. Maybe you and Jerry Porter can get together and start a patriots cheaters club.

Do you really think Donovan McNabb is a franchise QB or did he lose it when T.O. left town?

Personally, i feel it all went to his head with having T.O. there, then when he left it was a personal thing for him to be challenged like that to perform without T.O. in the line up. It is either that or when they took his mom off the television commercials, i think he quit eating that thick and chunky soup=bad performance.:D

I think if many of the fans get what they want as far as McNabb and Reid being let go they will regret it in due time. I was watching NFL Countdown on ESPN yesterday before the games and I agree w/ what those guys said as far as thinking that there are better options out there for both is not exactly the case. If McNabb and Reid were gone next week would the Eagles be any better?

I do believe there are things that need to be fixed w/ the Eagles but its not Reid and McNabb

Right on. You dont make it to four NFC championchip games and on Super Bowl by being average

Eagles fans are the quickest ones to turn on their team or those who have brought them sucess.

The patriots went 9-7 in 2002 and missed the playoffs after winning the superbowl the year before. You didn't hear any cries of get rid of Brady and fire Belichick.

Im watching First take on ESPN and the topic just came up of should the Patriots trade Tom Brady.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!!!!

Cassel needs to take them to and win the Superbowl this season before that talk is even remotely considered as a thought to maybe be discussed on TV just as a maybe what if scenario

The guy throws for 2 games over 400 yards and the patriots should get ride of Brady b/c of it?

You keep responding, so apparently in invokes something.

But anyway back on topic. The saints put it down last night. Breese was awesome, gotta love a fellow Boiler doing it big time.

This could be a great year for the wild card races, there are alot of AFC teams in the 7-4 or 6-5 and who knows how it will shake out.
