Detailed the Mach!!!

Another thing that I have been neglecting is my polished stainless SLP double wall tips. Running around with catless exhaust, & an aggressive tune has left them pretty shabby looking & I dont think i have polished them in months. I spent so much money on those tips because I love the double wall, but neglecting them just leaves them looking like regular bologna cut tips....

You beat me to the tips. I love the way those look man. Looking good as always.

Sick pics as always dustin. The mach is lookin good as always. :nice:

Thanks Doug!!!

I had to have em, even though they were pricey...

And you'll never look back from that day forward. ;)
:nice:

hand or machine applied, I have been working the machine polishing for a while. But i think I am gravitating back to hand polishing.

I did the paint cleaner by hand, the poilsh with a cheap orbital buffer, & the wax by hand....

I use Meguires as well. Back when the paint was still stuck to my 88, I always used the 3 step. A bit later this spring, when the weather is better and the salt is washed away, I'll give the 97 the 3 step treatment and see what 'Autumn Orange' really looks like. :D

Gorgeous, as usual (from Epik). Makes my torch red mach look like it's been neglected. I use the same 3 step Meguairs as you...it good stuff and comes off easily. It's a full days work, but the results speak for themselves. (When can you do mine??)

Those pics are from when I 1st installed the suspension, so they might not be as clean anymore.... One day I will have the guts to flog my car on a road course...

So... I am hoping to be going to Cali a little later on this year... If you havn't taken it out on a course by then, I'll be happy to make a little trip and do so for you...:D

Looking sick as always man...:nice:
