thats good..

BTW what do you think of this mess that is going on with cutler?

I think it's an issue that should have been over a few days after it started, but both sides did things wrong to prolong it, with the evil agent thrown in just for good measure.

It looks to be about settled though. Cutler and McDaniels are speaking again and there is supposed to be a face to face meeting soon.

New rule in the NFl, no blindsiding shots in the neck or head. We will call this the Ward rule. I hope this goes for defensive players too

I call it the Welker rule:
YouTube - [[BEST]] Wes Welker Jacked up by Ryan Clark of the Steelers (11-30-08)

Along with these rules, the officials should be blowing more plays dead and not letting the offense scrable out of a hold.

well well well broncos confirm that they WILL seek at trade for cutler after he failed to answer his phone for the last 10 days.

I don't see anything wrong with that Welker shot. He hit him in the chest. Gee, how well known is it that your most likely gonna get jacked on crossing patterns.

This is turning into a circus. Just a few days ago McDaniels himself said they were communicating and Vic Lombardi is reporting that Jay had his car shipped to Denver in preparation for the pre-draft minicamps.

Someone is dropping the ball here.

I'll reserve comment until any concrete happens.

Not much to comment on. Extremely sad to see him go, but we got a king's ransom for him and a QB to compete with Simms until we draft another franchise QB.

Isn't the season over?

Yup... I think it's time to close this thread and let them open a 2009 version...

Okay gents, I'm closing this thread unless one of you regulars PM's me with a decent reason as to why it should be left open.

Looks like Bluffing has already created the '09 thread.
