


Being that it looks like a four-banger, chances are they were still running a stock 2G alternator and the wiring fried, sparking the fire.![]()

I keep one in the 90 and one in my 68. I've had it happen twice in my 68. The second time is was a wire that touched the header and was grounding out. Still haven't figured out what happened the first time. 
That, or still the factory ignition switch that could catch fire.

I have one in my trunk....just in case.You never know who might need it.
