Gentleman,

I found 2001 Cobra Front seats in nice condition for $300.... Passenger is a 9.5/10 and Id say Driver side is a solid 7 or so. Suede is all good, just the wrinkles/cracks and dryness is prevalent on driver side. I have the Black and grey interior in my 92, and I am leaning towards going all black. I dont quit have the money for the Corbeau sets yet, so Im thinking, is $300 a solid price for those to just hold me over? and I am sure that I can sell them for close to that in a couple years when I do that interior right? Just wanted some opinions from you guys. thanks!

Sounds like a budget friendly way of getting much improved seats over our very old worn out stockers. Surely the 01' Cobra seats are not as good as the 03'/04' Cobra seats but still a good upgrade none the less. However, playing devils advocate here, for about $300 you could get yourself some 2011-2014 seats and swap your Fox seat tracks over and BOOM, new comfy seats!

These seats tend to sit up a bit high

$300 is a good price. They do sit up higher, but they are comfortable. If you keep them clean you can always flip them down the road.

I have a set out if a 2004 GT. I like the look, but I've been debating restoring a set of fox leather seats and running those. I miss the low seating position

Cobra seats and don't look back .
I know that 99-04 seats sit up a little higher, but im 5'11'' so I think I would be ok...... Ive never heard anyone putting those 11-14 in.....hmmmm
I've seen a few pictures of people installing them. Swap the Fox seat tracks on 11'-14' manual seats and it works great. I'm 6'-3" so I don't mind a lower seating position, no way the 99-04 seats would work out for me.

I grabbed them today, had to. now just have to see about a minor restoration on the driver side....
