Need help!

So I have a 03 GT. When I bought the car an SR performance underdrive kit came with it. Now while doing the pulleys I get to putting on the crank pulley. Instructions/pictures that came with it said to attach my old balancer and pulley to the new SR pulley. Is this correct? Or do I just leave the SR pulley by itself?

You do what the instructions say. Read reviews on the kit myself cause I’m thinking of getting them and that was one that kept coming up in reviews as you have to put the old pulley to the new pulley together

Yes...it's called a "piggy-back" style underdrive. Not a big fan of them.
The 4.6 modular motor depends upon a stable CKP signal. The piggy back style UD pulleys are some of the more likely to cause an unstable CKP signal. If you are going to go this route spend the $$ and get a high quality unit. You'll thank us in the end.

Have you seen some improvements since you installed the pulleys? I'm looking to do the same with the SR performance pulleys since they're inexpensive
Noticed a little difference. It looks nice and all but in all honesty go with a steeda. They come with the balancer already attached. I still have my sr performance one on though. The picture is before I put the balancer on.
