Just wondering guys might be a dumb question but I have always grounded the ground that comes off harness behind the intake to the fuel rails at the lower intake. It’s aluminum should it be grounded there or on one of the heads?

The intake is fine.
There are 12 bolts that hold the intake manifold to the cylinder heads.
There are 10 bolts that hold the cylinder head to the block.
Some cylinder heads are aluminum.
Even some blocks are aluminum.
As long as there is a ground cable from the battery to the block, or from the battery to the frame, and then from the frame to the block, then any point on the intake manifold is fine for a ground.

Electrical wire is made out of aluminum... Its a good conductor
I differ on that, aluminum is not a good wire to use for automotive wiring.
JMO.
Using a intake bolt for a ground is acceptable.
The factory ground strap between the engine and the firewall is bolted to the back of the head but the intake bolt is ok.
