    85 -140 speedo swap

    I replaced the 85 mph speedometer with a 140mph version for my 87 LX and now my speedometer reads a little high. We're talking +7 @ 60 mph. Is this a calibration issue with the new unit or something else? Stock tire size and AOD in use. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Any tips on troubleshooting gas guage?

    Car has been recently resurrected from the dead. (4 years with no engine) In the mean time I have done the efi to carb conversion and dropped the tank to remove the electric fuel pump. Is there a trick to troubleshooting this circuit? There doesn't seem to be much to it.

    Fuel pressure gauge

    I have a Mallory 4309 regulator. It has 3 outlets and a return. Of the 3, I have one for the feed from the fuel pump and one supply to the carb. Can I use the last outlet for a fuel pressure gauge or do I need to put it inline between the FPR and carb?
