Setup:

CSI electric H20 pump and March pulleys.

This setup eliminates the need for the short 90 degree bypass hose from the thermostat to the water pump.

I need to block off the 5/8 outlet from the thermostat. Has anyone done this or can anyone provide a recommendation on the best way to do this?

Thanks in advance.

Maybe try a rubber 5/8" cane tip or you can make something from a short piece of 5/8" hose and a piece of 5/8" barstock about 3/4" long and two hose clamps, probably safer than the cane tip. I used to blow out cane tips after about 2K miles with 9 psi of boost. They may even sell 5/8" hose barb plugs which would work great.

Good Luck, Don
