possibly a stupid question.. but here goes.

Coming from someone who is a certified electrician, you will be perfectly fine with that setup. I would advise you to install some breakers/fuses. It would suk to have a short which could easily catch fire.

    Rear End Damper?

I've also not had any problems with the ~10 years I've had it off.

    where to go now?

Get a tweecer and squeeze all you can out of that combo..it'll keep you busy for a while.

    Balancing/Flywheel questions?

Using the flywheel that was balanced with your other stuff would be best, but no..not absolutely necessary.

Quick question about tools I need

You should use a punch for the pan, but you will need the tap. I vaguely remember Vortech changing to a self tapping fitting...but I could be wrong.

    Which Procharger?

The P1SC is their newer entry level self contained blower. As per their website, it supports a max of 825 HP, 30psi and 1200 CFM. The D1SC is the bigger brother, it shows to support a max of 925, 32psi and 1400 CFM. Many people do opt for the D because it can handle the higher HP numbers more...

    tweecer experts needed

Did you input the MAS chart (that came with it) into the tweecer? Doing this helped greatly with throttle response and part throttle driving. You can also change the injector size. I do not have it in front of me, but I can find the tables if you need me to, I havn't messed with it in about a...

How much boost can a stock 5.0 handle?

You'll be fine as long as you keep the detonation away. I've seen a stock block handle 18psi all day long. But the stock block can't handle much more than 500HP and be expected to live, they crack down the middle. A bone stock motor will produce around 190-215 FWHP depending on the miles and...

Stangers with 331's and 24lb injectors

With your mods I would guess around 370-400 HP, 50psi on 24#ers will support right at 400HP, so I would leave your pressure alone and adjust the TPS for any part throttle tuning. It would be best to get a part throttle dyno tune.

Quick question about tools I need

I've been using the Craftsman torque wrench for about 10 years with no problems, just make sure you return the torque settings to the lowest when you are done, otherwise you'll stretch the spring and throw off the calibration. What supercharger? If you are doing a Vortech, or other charger...

Should I use the phenolic spacer with trick flow intake

I run the 1" with my R, it helped a little with the torque, just SOTP, no dyno results yet.

    Engine Swap Questions

That looks to me like you said it's much better than a carb at all 3, but I'm not here to debate EFI vs Carb nor your contradictions. Simply correcting the inaccuracies as I see them.

    Mixing injectors

You'll be fine as long as the flow rate and impedance are the same. But I'm with ninety15.0, a rebuild kit is the route I'd take.

    Valve Cover Vacuum

So when you pull the oil cap you GAIN vacuum? Pull/plug your PCV, this SHOULD be the only source of vacuum to your valve covers. If you still see the vacuum you could have the leaky gaskets as described above.

    Engine Swap Questions

crapola You've not seen a properly tuned carb have you? They are just as streetable as EFI, it simply has to be tuned for the atmospheric conditions which can and do change quite often. The power gain is not just peak, it's over the usable powerband. A properly tuned motor will produce the...

    Which Procharger?

The ONLY differences between the P1SC and D1SC is 200 cfm and 2 psi. The P1 will support 1200 cfm(PLENTY for this setup) and 30 psi (WAY overkill for this setup). The P1 is all you'll need till you get over ~800 HP.

    Engine Swap Questions

Sorry guy, a carb'd motor will make more power, 20~30HP more is not unheard of.

    Which Procharger?

Yup, P1SC is well matched to your combo.

would this cam work with a blower?

It seems to favor the exhaust side, just like many blower cams do...You'll be fine.

    Engine Swap Questions

The CPU, harnesses and the fuel system. All of the sensors will be needed as well, You may want to get the exhaust while you're at it, the O2 sensors will need a place to stay. If it were me, I would stick with the carb setup, they make more HP anyway.
