    From some research I did on this forum a couple years ago, I thought the Tbird T5, T5 from four banger Fox bodys and Fox body V8 T5's would work? The olny debate was if the 4Banger and Tbird T5 could handle V8 power? I paid $75 for this thing so no big loss.

    3.8 Spudders at start up, then stops?

    I searched no results. My wifes 2001, 3.8 w/ 50K runs fine, but spudders for about the first 2 minutes when started and then sounds fine. Mustang runs just fine. I just dont like sounding like a ricer when I 1st start it up. Thanks for your feedback!

    Ebay seller responded. He expl'd the pulled the harness himself from a 90 GT. I reviewed the wiring diagram on AutoZones site for 89-90 and they dont match. I will need to locate a 90 GT specific diagram. If anyone has any links, greatly appreciated.

    I have attempted to match this harness to the all the AutoZone mustang diagrams. The AutoZone site lists all the diagrams from 87 up.     Different type of spout connectors? Setting Timing.

    I swapping EFI to my 289 and have most of my parts. I was doing a little more research on EFI, setting timing, and I discovered the spout connector on my harness is different that the one in this write up: http://fordfuelinjection.com/index.php?p=71 mine is a plug, nothing to disconnect.

    Sorry, should have posted more details. I am gathering parts for a 289 EFI setup. My upper and lower intakes look like they have set a while. I'm taking everything apart and cleaning. This is why I want to test the injectors and clean them, thanks for the detailed reply.
