    If there is no easy way to test the PIP, Do you think i can get a new PIP, and just plug it in (without actually installing it in the distributor) and see if the pump will prime when i turn the ignition on?

    I did not smell fuel. I changed the fuel filter when i changed the fuel pump about 5 months ago. I do not have any fuel pressure because the pump doesn't prime. Would a clogged filter no let the pump attempt to prime? I will try to disconnect the line going to the filter and see if the pump...

    NO SPARK - Help Please

    Voltage to Coil Today i check for voltage at the coil (red/green wire) and it read 1.5 volts. Then after turning the car on and off a few times i heard a click noise coming from near the overflow can, and then i had 12 volts at the coil. The car still did not start, but is this normal??

    The coil check out good when i tested it with an ohm meter. Just to be sure, I also took the msd blaster 3 coil off my chevelle and rigged it up on the mustang and it still was not getting any spark to the distributor.
