    It has a bbk h-pipe with gutted cats, flowmaster cat-back, k&n drop in filter, 5sp tranny, it has "17 bullits with 245/45. What kind of 1/4 times could i expect?     Changing Auto Tranny Fluid?

    go to the dealership and get a tranny flush, much better then just droping the pan cause all you will get is mabey 5 quarts to come out because a lot of fluid is "trapped" in the tranny. a tranny flush gets all 15 quarts out, cost a bunch, but if your goin to do it, do it right

    did I mess something up?

    well I washed my engine with a spray hose a couple of weeks back, now the engine is kinda surging when I let on and off the gas, I thought it would go away after a while. I saw a post were someone was having the same problems and someone asked if they washed their engine. Did I screw something up?

    the exact same think happend to me, I took off the passenger kick pannel and dissconected the 3 wire plugs and cleaned the ecu wiring, made sure everything was snug and it started back up, I think one of those wires will cause that if its not secure.

    Does anyone know if you can use aftermarket intake systems with the mach 1 shaker induction system, could you use the mach 1 air element housing over an open intake. And trying to supercharge one is out of the question right?

    re-seting ecu question

    I installed my flowmaster cat-back and I re-set the ECU. Ive only driven about 25 miles since then and my car feels like it has the same if not a little less power than before the flows. Is that just because the ecu has to get re-aquanted with things, or should that not matter?
