    flush cooling system- now overheating

gauge going well above top 1/4 of range. doesn't boil over sitting at idle but does come out of overflow after driving. Definitely boiling. I did notice another thread that pointed to a lower radiator hose. When I flushed the system could I have gotten enough crud in the lower hose to restrict flow?

    voltage regulator?

on my 68 GT500KR, when the engine is running above 1000 rpm, the interior lights cycle between bright and dim. Below 1000 rpm, they are fine. Is this the voltage regulator? It is a fresh restoration and I replaced both the alternator (from AMK) and the regulator. Thanks for any thoughts.

    Convertible Top Issues

fluid type is the correct fluid type Mercon Type F? also, when replacing the rear window only, what is the best way to make sure that it is tight enough? I know mine has a lot of pressure on the zipper. Could too much pressure also contribute to premature cracing of the hinge in the glass?
