0 pressure at fuel rail

I have an 89 2.3l lx that I had to siphon old fuel out then I ran it to try and burn the rest out and now it won't start without ether I've replaced the spark plugs and spark plug wires the fuel pump fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator and it continues to crank and not start and I have zero pressure at the rail does anyone have any ideas

So, you removed as much of the fuel you could from the tank, and then started and ran it to remove the rest? Do I have that right? So, all of the crud that was in the tank, now more concentrated at the bottom, was pulled into the fuel system? While using air to push the clog you have out of the line, you’re gonna likely push it back into the tank. A better, but more involved process, would be to remove the tank, remove the inlet line fitting, and do a complete tank cleaning, as well as blow out the lines from the tank forward (after removing them from the engine compartment).

Also check the inertia switch in the trunk to make sure the fuel pump is getting power. Also maybe try to disconnect the line at the filter and turn on the key to see if it is actually pumping fuel (use something to catch the fuel first).
