01 cobra or 03 Mach 1

I’ve been looking for a 4v ride. So which one should I choose. 01 cobra is at 150k and the 03 Mach 1 is at 190k. Both around the same price range but I wouldn’t pay the same amount for a car with 40k more on it. I’m leaning to the cobra but I would like input on the subject beforehand just in case there’s something that would make the Mach 1 better than the cobra
