well the mustang was broken into while it was parked in parking garage. radio stolen , cluster smacked , drive window broke and ignition broken(screw driver) and truck lock. so question when i replace ignition and maybe cluster looks like they got mad and hit it with a hammer or something. will i need to get ecu reprogrammed that biggest thing to make it drive able quick as possible
