T&J Performance hooked me up. I've got ported/polished stage II.5 heads with 5 angle valve job, Denso Iridium plugs, Dragon intake VT stage II cams, BBK long tubes, Dr. gas x pipe, flowmaster cat back, 4.10 gears, and the common weight reduction, including . I have Nitto 555r on stock rims. After Tim's tune with EFI Solutions software the dyno : 310rwhp/311rwtq!!
But now the 19/hr fuel injectors are maxed out! They are only good for 350 fly wheel horsepower. Tim made my redline for 6250, because I have no more fuel past that. Tim will push the envelope to 6500 for even more power when I get the 30/hr fuel injectors.
Folks, you ain't gettin to 300rwhp w/out the heads!!! But you will get around 285ish.
I have been dying to get some track times with the new heads and cams. Before heads, cams, long tubes, and intake best times: 13.7/103 with 2.1 60's on stock goodyears!
By the way the cams sound AWESOME, and pull like no other from 4000-6200rpm. I'm ready to eat some '98-'02 Z28 SS's
My next mod will be 100 shot Nitrous Express, welds drag lites with skinnies.
After this for awhile, I'll get a VT stroker and Vorteck JT blower so I can chase Supra turbos!!
