02 gt Clutch problems

I own a 02 GT and when the engine is running and I press the clutch I feel grinding. When I come to a stop and put my veh. in neut. I can hear a click.... When the vehicle is off there is grinding and no click.

Does anyone what the problem is? How do I fix this?

Most likely your throw out bearing going bad.
