02 Gt Lighting Problems

hey yall. so my stangs brake lights wont work and the shifter wont come out of park. all i did was change the smoked tail lights to the OE lens and then the shifter wouldnt move. i checked the fuses and none seem to have blown. now my blinkers and flashers wont come on. i re checked the fuses and they are all in correctly. anyone know what the problem could be?

Sounds like a fuse to me. When you say you checked the fuses and none seem to have blown, that sounds to me like a visual inspection. You need to check them with a multimeter or a test light.

Brake light switch would be my guess.
