at first i thought the sign in the background was for gas, and i'm like WHOA this picture is a dinosaur. i don't follow cigarette prices, so i don't know if thats good or not haha.

honestly, i don't think it looks too bad. i'm in love with the 03 front ends. i don't know if i'd ever buy a termy because of the fact they are pricey. and they are becoming the mustang to run to when someone wants to go fast.

its understandable because they put out power, they are awesome looking, and just a bad ass package. but i'd rather not have 300 cars look and sound exactly like mine when i'm at the track.

The lines are all off on it. Doesn't look good at all IMO.

Exactly what lines pray tell are you referring to? The only hint of body line on the bumper seems to be directly on the out edge right in front of the tire and they seem to line up perfectly with the lines on the opposite side of the tire. The bumpers got round lights and smooth profiles like the SN95, so I really don't see a problem there? If you don't like it, that's fine, but base it on personal taste, because it lines up with the actual body panels of the car just fine.

The more I look at that pic, the more I like it! :hail2:

i think it could look good with the right hood. i would like to see one in person to make the final call. at least it would be a lil different from everyone else with the 94-98 cobra bumper.

The lines you are talking about do NOT line up correctly on the 03 bumper. The SN-95 GT/Cobra bumpers have lines matching up with the lines in the door leading to the side scoops. The 03 Cobra does not have those lines and is too flat, throwing off the whole shape of the car.

The flat/sharp lines of the 03 bumper work great on the new edge cars (which have flat/sharp lines) but doesn't jive with the rounded SN-95 lines.

It looks like there is a plateau under the headlights before it goes "down" to the front of the bumper. Which is something u see on the ****ty ricer bumpers. It also gives it a bit of a "swollen chin" look....maybe the right hood could balance it.

I wonder if saleen skirts could save it at all "shrug"

Wow...I remember when this idea first surfaced, we had guys running all over the place looking for someone to make this idea happen.

The photoshops done looked awesome (I had one done of my car, I believe it was one of the first done) but the end results ended up taking a lot of work to make look right.

Apparently they were too bulgy at the sides, but one guy DID make it work, if only I could find that guy...

I too would be interested in seeing more pics...I'm not on the mustang forums too often anymore (although I would love to be) but I'll be checking back on this one

Just for ****s and giggles, go take a look at your current headlight configuration. Or more importantly a '99-04 GT or Cobra for comparison. That same small "plateau" or shelf just underneath the headlight before it follows out to the ends of the bumper is there on the factory cars too.
