any opinions on a kenne bell cold air intake for the 03', for when i get the kb blower. also, what about their smooth-bore throttle body w/ their complementing plenum? i was leaning more towards the accufab unit.
just tryin to gather info for the stang upgrades.
thanks

New 2003/2004 Cobra buzzword of the day: Whipple 2.3 Supercharger.

Check it out, looks like it's going to be a real torque monster. Much cheaper than the KB too!

Yeah the whipple looks to be a monster. I am personally waiting untill nexdt spring to add any major mods. When I first bought the car all that was out there was the Kenne Bell. Now there are: turbo, Procharger, Whipple, and Apten Ported, power adders to choose from. I figure within the next 6-12 months there may even be something else. Plus the "tunes" will be pretty much worked out by then.

I will probably end up going with the Apten Ported and smaller pullies in the hopes of nearing 500RWHP. I figure that should be enough to make me happy. ALTHOUGH that WHIPPLE is making some SERIOUS power and it looks like the charger and fuel system to support high boost will come in well under $4k. And that should be good for a solid 575rwhp ride. Yee Haw.

These cars are FUN!

Ahhhh..... The "Magical Velocity Doughnut". That's the K&N FIPK secret way of getting 25RWHP out of their CAI. It's Homer Approved!
