Girlfriend's cobra cuts off on occassions. Check for codes nothing showing up. But then again I heard that with a tuner some codes wouldn't show up? Got it with a pulley and the Diablo tune whcih it runs great and I have had it cut off once with me. Popped the clutch and it fired up. it happens when slowing down. and with her mostly in a left turn. She gets a little upset. But if it ain't broke how can u fix it? ha Not sure where to look first. any ideas?

Well there is a known problem with the stock tune on 03 Cobras. When decelerating with the clutch in the RPMs can go so low that the engine dies. This happened to me many times until I had Ford reflash my PCM with the latest stock tune. The latest tune from Ford corrects this problem. Are you sure you have a custom tune?
I have programmed with the Diablo Predator tune and it seems to not do it until we notice that it hasn't happened in awhile. And somehow it seems to loose the tune and we have to tune it again. Question is should it be reflashed by Ford and then retune with the Predator?
