03 cobra injector not firing

I recently put a 2.3L whipple on my cobra along with 63lb injectors, twin GT pumps, and a modified FPDM. I got it dyno tuned and it ran fine for a few months until I started it up one day and it had what seemed like a misfire. It is throwing no codes

How do you know its the injector instead of the COP? Which cylinder?

If you know which injector is not firing, have you considered swapping with another cylinder?
