hey fella's I got a chance to buy a 03 cobra motor, tranny, computer, wiring harness complete for a good deal, what else do I need to do to make it fit into my fox?

new k member? anything else to the wiring ?

I had found a step by step somewhere before but I cant seem to find it now, how much time does this take? what should I look for ?

all help is appreciated

Did you tryto google? There is another mustang forum that has some guys that have did that, from what I cna tell you'll need the fuel lines, pump.

While in theory you just bolt it all in.
That's just theory. Seems that it doesn't go all that easy.

There really isn't any step by steps write ups because are tons of variables, and it would seem that no two people really do it alike.

Plan on total out of pocket being 10 grand.
If you don't have 100% of the budget up front, do NOT take your car apart. I've seen many of these swaps fall apart and then you are left with a pile of junk.

What are you considering as a good deal on the complete engine with trans?

motor, tranny, wiring harness and computer for 6500$ canadian
I think its a pretty decent deal
doing a leak down on the motor to make sure its good
motor has 28000 miles on it... car was t-boned

you need to convert to the hydroboost brake system. you should get that from the car as well if you can.

convert to hydroboost or manual brakes, you'll need a custom tranny x member, and other odds and ends
