Don't do a chip. Get either a Predator or SCT hand held tuner and use that as the method to transfer tunes from your tuner to the ECM. It's faster then waiting for a chip to be burned and mailed. To answer your question about the speed limiter... yes if you tell your tuner to remove it when he burns the chip, then yes it will be gone. If you get a handheld tuner you can turn it off yourself along with a bunch of other stuff like traction control.

You only need to get a larger upper idler pulley in order to ensure good belt wrap and minimal slippage with the 2.81 pulley. You don't need to replace all 4 idler pulleys.

Performance wise all the cat-backs made for the 03/04 Cobra are within 1 or 2 HP/TQ of each other. As for which sounds best... oh man here we go again. Sound is subjective and it's all in the ear of the beholder. Ask 10 Terminator owners and you'll get 10 different answers.

Finally... all of your questions have already been answered in these forums previously. Not trying to be an ass, but please try to utilize the search function before posting. The questions you've asked come up a couple times every month if not every week.

Thanks and enjoy your new Snake!

There's really only 2 choices out there right noe. The Predator by DiabloSport or the SCT XCalibrator. Your best bet is to find out what type of software you local tuner down at the dyno uses and then buy the appropriate handheld model.
