03 GT purchase question

I'm looking at buying a 03 GT. I noticed inside the trunk on the tail lite wall there's a hook toward each corner. Are these hooks for a cargo net? Do the GT's come with a net standard or as an option. I didn't see one so I don't know if the previous owner has left it out when he traded the car in.

Would there be other loose article's that come with the car standard other than the owners manual and locking wheel nut key? This car is a 5spd with interior upgrade, mach 460, leather and bullitt style wheels. Thanks for any replies.
