They should bolt right up.
Years ago I had a set of 2001 seats in my 93GT, direct replacement except for the power seat wiring.

Those seat only fit the 03 mach 1 (and only in certain colors) and the 89 GT, they will not fit you car but I am willing to help you and your friend out, I just so happen to own an 89 GT and as much as it would pain me I am willing to take them off your hands.
Just try'n to help

Front seats just bolt in, tracks and all. Just need to create a wiring harness to connect to the foxbody power plug under the seat. You can also swap the fox manual tracks on. Driver's seat will need a couple spacers if you do that.

If your car is a hatchback, the rear seat will also work with some mods.

These are 99-04 seats I used to have in my car

Backs fit, but what you are really doing ha taking the seat covering from an sn95 coupe and installing it over the fox seat frame. Really easy to do and comes out clean.

The halos are 84-86 halos. They fit just like they would in a fox seat

Used the tracks that came with the 01 seats, bolted to stock fox mounting holes.

I'm installing seats from a 2000 into my 86. I know they'll bolt right in, but I have questions about wiring. The connector plug on the seat has 4 wires; two 12gage and two lighter gage. In each case there's a red and a black wire. I imagine the heavier red and black are power and ground for the seat motors what are the two lighter gage wires for?
