Hey all, one of my buddies bought an 06 GT with the 4.6 3V motor and found an eaton blower from an 03 Cobra and was wondering if it could be made to work or possibly just bolt on and tune it to work? Hes new to this and I have no idea also so please don't bash if this is a dumb question. Thanks!!!

short answer is no.

it would be cheaper to buy a kit made for that car. the fab work would cost more than most s/c kits!

Thanks for the reply, I'll let him know that its not so easy. I'm a pushrod guy and typically a centrifugal guy but I'm picking up my first fun mod motor this weekend so I'm gonna have plenty of questions for you guys!!!!

This topic comes up all the time. someone wanting to try and save a buck or do it different. The blower was made for 4 valve heads anyway. Just get a KB or Whipple and be done with it. Hell even a Vortec or Saleen. Stay away from the little Roush as its crap. No power to be made from it for that big an expense.
