tapping the pan isn't as big of a deal as people make it.
And if the kit for a DOHC 4.6 requires a blow through meter with a PC, forget it.

More 99/01 cobra guys choose the procharger with the air-air intercooler. Just easier to install. You dont have to relocate the battery like with the vortech. And its cheaper.

if you wanna do the eaton conversion just find an 03/04 cobra guy going turbo. You can swap must of the parts with him and save a lot of money. You will still need to do some customizing like removing the knock sensors and grinding down the mount locations for starters but if you have tools and are mechanically inclined it can be done. I have a buddy I have been helping do it in his garage. If you need any info into it I can put you intouch w/him. just shoot me a pm.

going w/a vortech would be easier but what fun is that
