04 GT auto = 11's?

Buying a KB in the spring (intercooled of course) and was wondering if 11's are possible with this car. I know these engines can only handle around 450 rwhp, but whats the fastest time you guys have seen with a modded out 2v block?

With gears, drag radials (and, of course, a beefed up rear end/axles) and supporting mods that car can hit 11's with a KB. I can hit mid 12's with a simple nitrous shot on my auto and some bolt ons. If you're going to be daily driving on the auto I would suggest 3.73's. I'd like to do a manual swap though - the 4R70W is a bit sluggish but it's very dependable and rather beefy. With the ammount of HP you're going to put down you will definitely want to beef it up internally and add a larger trans cooler.

My car went 11.6s on the stock auto and rearend. This was with a SQ-Trim @ 12psi, full exhaust, and gears.

Last year I built my auto, added a 3200 stall, built the rearend, and upgrade to a T-Trim. I ended up running [email protected].

With my new Tork Tech kit, I hope to hit 11s with some traction. It doesn't actually take that much power to go fast if the rest of the car is set up correctly.

Get meth with it so you can run more boost at a safer level. You'll get there. Traction will be key. M/T ET drag radials.

My friend put down 361 with a 125 shot and bolt ons plus longtubes and ran a 11.8. Hes bout to put cams in it now.
