05 and Newer Front End on a 2000?

i tried searching couldnt find the info i wanted, i was wondering can i put a newer front end on my 2000, ive seen it done but want a parts list

I would do a mustang II front end. It would look gooder then hell.

There is one that drives around here with that type of conversion. The old Ford dealer in SB did it when they had a body shop before they went belly up. It looks hideous, simply hideous. I have known other local Mustang owners that leave notes on the guys car reminding him how bad it looks.
