05 at the dealer in nc

Saw a white 05 gt with black/red interior. Man these things look 10x better in person. The fit and finish is awesome on the car. We went and looked at the leftover 04s and everything on the car looks cheap. Body panels don't line up, door handle was slanted, interior inside didnt line up...and all this was on a $36k cobra.

Another thing worth mentioning. I had to wait 20 mins to get a picture with no one in it. I was amazed at the stream of people coming in to look at it. Young and old, everyone was oooing and ahhing over it.

That's what I was worried me-
I was getting used to doing mods to my 02 and being happy thinking I would get one of the new ones in 06 or later and now what am I going to do?

Happy to hear NC has some. I am waiting for mine to be delivered to Capital Ford in Wilmington. Estimated delivery date was late last week.

I'm glad we have some confirmed arrivals in NC. I am waiting on my GT to come, either today or tomorrow hopefully!

I went to capital ford in Raleigh, and all they had was one 2005 mustang and it was a V6. They had an assload of saleen extremes and 2004 v6's though. They also had a blue Mach 1 which they were trying to sell for 28k used, and a white cobra.

Dale Jarret in Indian Trail (near Charlotte) called me to let me know they had two. He tried to sell it to me, but I told him I had a deposit down with another dealer (which I do). Hopefully my Charlotte dealer will get his soon. It was supposed to be today.

I found out today that Ken Wilson in Canton, NC had two.
But the silver 5 speed one was sold while my friend was looking them over.

Good news, bad news. Several 05 Mustangs arrived today at Capital Ford in Wilmington NC incl a GT which is sold. Thats the good news. The bad news....mine wasnt with them!

The Mineral Grey w parchment interior looks great...just not mine!

I was down at Dale Jarrett Ford yes. morning getting my car inspectected and I didn't see any 05's.When did they get them.I walked around the show room and the outside lot.I never did ask a salesman though.
Did you notice all the v6 Roush's they have?That black vert setting out front witht he tan top is sick....but its a v-6

They got it in around 1pm and had it detailed and ready for beating on by 3pm or so.....They were supposed to be getting in a black gt today but I didnt stop back by. Yeah they have a crap load of leftover 04s...roushs, gts, cobras, you name it. I did see in the showroom some kind of tuner car that I think they make there. It was a white v6 with a cobra r hood with the center painted flat black and a spoiler flat black....the name was extreme something or other

Ya I know the car your talking about................it also has the black bullit rims to match the black spolier and the painted hood.That cas been there for awhile now.
