There is no doubt the head will physically bolt on. Thats the ideal behind modular, everything is compatiable. You wouldnt be able to use the varable cam timing as that is all in the computer, you'd have to lock the cams in. Also the motion control valve would have to go. If you are going with a Kenne Belle, you wouldnt have to worry about the intake as the blower replaces it anyways. Id get the KB and bolt it to your motor as is.. your going to make great power without the hassle of a head swap.

True, i was mostly just wondering about what all would have to go into it. but yea it would make sence to go with the 4v if i was going to do all the trouble. but i didn't even know the 05 had varible valve timing. but don't get to mad guys but i was thinking about buying a beater honda to save on gas and make the stang the project car. what i really want is to make is fast and differant from everyone eles's. i have the 02 mineral grey clearcoat with the 5 star ponies too. and EVERYONE has the same color and everything. but another question if you guys might happen to know. can i upgrade to the 05 style rear seats where you sit really deap in them. cause i road in the back of a trans am and i could sit back there all day long, unlike my car.
