..i know the minimum suggested is .100... my exhaust is .085 and intake is .060..
i know the right thing to do is pull the short block apart and fly cut the pistons, but i really hate to get into the short block right now, this was supposed to be just a simple cam swap.
what do you guys think my odds are of getting away with my .060/.085 clearances. i have brand new springs in and they are 600 lbs.. so i probably wont be encountering valve float. the cam is a 4400-7200 powerband in a race-only car.
