Anyone plan on trying to get one of the 7,000 or so Bullitts next year. If the sticker price is around low 30's like they say, its a sweet deal over a basic GT. I'm going to try and get a green one.

The Bullitt package enhances the Mustang GT Premium package with the following:

3.73:1 Limited Slip Rear Axle
Ford Racing Power Pack (cold air induction system)
High Performance Calipation
Performance Friction Carbon Metallic® front pake pads
Ford Racing Strut Tower pace
Sport -tuned suspension (shocks/springs/stabilizer bar)
Modified "H" Pipe
Dark Grey pake Calipers
18-inch Euro-Flange Bullitt Wheels with Charcoal Satin Finish
3.5-inch Packed Exhaust Tips
Distinct Upper Grille
Bullitt emblem on faux fuel cap
Black interior with upgraded steering wheel
Charcoal Black sport leather seats
Unique IP finish (hand-machined aluminum swirl)
Satin Aluminum interior accents (ball shifter/sill plate/pedal covers)

Looks kinda plain to me. I wonder if they plan anything to dress it up in the front? The suspension looks to be pretty good. I can't say I wouldn't drive one.

The bullitt is supposed to be plain. It looks good IMO. I would rock it if I had to buy an S197

so was the SN95 bullitt? I mean, it was an awesome car, but it really wasn't THAT different from the GT (Other than the Intake manifold). This one is the same way; subtle differences that make it look really cool

Nothing unique about this one at all.
The 01 had a specific intake and suspension package and brakes etc.

The new one just uses the off the shelf "packs" that everyone already has on their GT's...

+1

"Performance brake pads"...yea, they sure made this one different

Looks wise, I prefere it much more than a GT. I hate those hideous "fog lights". Like Ford couldnt find I way to put them in the bumper like they're supposed to be...

Yea, I noticed after I posted, the typos. It's not me or my keyboard. I copied and pasted the info from a Mustang website.

I'm still waiting on the next revision to the Mustang before I buy anything. It will probably be better looking anyway.

Looks to have the goodies of a Shelby GT, except the good looks.
