Hi, I have an 08 gt 4.6l I purchased out of state and it needs inspected my mechanic said that the o2 and cat monitors are not set and the vehicle should be driven for readiness, well I have driven it alot since then and the monitors are still not setting they think someone has turned the rear o2's off with a programmer but I don't have the programmer and I don't know what if any parts have been changed, I have had the mechanic revert the tune back to stock with ford software now the car wont stay running, appears to be lean.
