i am looking for a ball park figure of what i should expect at the track. the car has 275 40 18 rear tires 373 rear gears stock 5 speed trans centerfore dual friction clutch the engine is stock with underdrive pullies k+n cold air intake the exhaust is stock headers into an h pipe with no cats into an flow master american thunder cat back. the car is a 97 gt
 
Yeah, mid-14's is probably pretty accurate. You're not making that much more power than before and you'd added some additional weight to your car with the stereo (i'm assuming kick ass means subs, amps the whole deal?), hurt 60ft ability slightly with lowering springs and aren't really making that much more power over stock to begin with. You might be seeing 230-235hp now compared to the stock 215hp you started with. That Non-PI intake and cams is killing your performance. Swapping out to the PI intake and either complete PI head swap, or even just the cams will alone would knock 4-6 tenths off of your times and probably tack on 35-40hp over what you're making now to boot.
