1/4 time for trap speed?

Hey guys, I'm still deciding what gears to get. Whats the 1/4 mile time with a 110MPH trap speed on street tires? Thats where 4.10's max out 4th gear. And 120MPH? Thats about where 3.73's max out 4th gear. Thanx for any info.

With my mods.. my 4th redlined almost exactly at the end of 1/4 mile at around 100 mph..

From what I've seen, it would probaby be in the low 12's. That is to say, with 4.10's. As for 3.73's and that fast of a trap speed, dear God that would be deep in the 11's.

depends on traction, 100 is not redline with 4.10 gears in a 99+ 2v

My trap speed was 95 MPH and I was in the mid 14's. I shifted into 4th at about 4800, the quarter was almost up when I shifted to 4th. I've got 3.27's. I dont want to get 4.10's if my top speed is gonna be nothin hardly. i'd like to go atleast 140 or so topped out

should stay in 3rd with stock 3.27's

I dont know about street tires.

My last Mustang, a 2000 Supercharged GT with about 420 HP. I ran a 12.86 at 115 mph with 3.73 gears. That was with the street tires. Once I got my Nitto 555r's my times dropped to 12.3 on average. My best time before I sold the car was 12.17 at 116 mph. I usally was around 6,000 to 6,200 rpm in 4th gear.
