I have a mildly modified 1984 351 has stock cam for now can I use the 1.7 ratio rockers or should I go with the 1.6 since I'll be swapping cams soon? and for the stock ported heads I need the pedestal mount rockers right?
if you had to buy only one 1.7 will help out with your stock cam. If you are upgrading cams soon buy 1.6 rollers. If you plan to stick with stockish heads and cam I would go with 1.6 intake and 1.7 exhaust oe ford heads favor more action on the exhaust side. As for pedestal or stud mount that depends on your head castings.
